Pay It Forward: Brad "Blue" Bathgate
I met Blue in Harlem on 125th Street, while on my way to perform at the Apollo Theater's 75th Anniversary Gala. He was kind enough to present me with a copy of his book of poems entitled "Corner Store In The Middle Of The Block." Since I haven't read it yet, it would be unfair of me to give my thoughts on the book. But, I do believe in supporting people that are following their dreams.

Homeless In New York
Yesterday, I had a conversation with a homeless gentleman. He expressed to me that part of the joy of being homeless on the streets of New York is that it gives him the opportunity to be closer to his friends.
